IT Helpdesk
Essential functions for the Role
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support
- Escalate issues to internal or external second
level support
- Follow end-user requests on the Helpdesk Portal
- Handle the communication with hardware and
service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests
- Prepare
monthly reports
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Windows configuration and
administration
- Working
knowledge of Office 365 platform
- 0-3 years
of work experience
